About Heliflix

Helifix is a UK market leader in structural repair technology, specialising in helical wall ties, fixings, and masonry repair systems. Their solutions are widely trusted across the construction industry for their effectiveness, innovation, and durability.

  1. Initial Enquiry
    We assess the issue and either arrange a survey or connect the client with one of our experienced remedial surveyors.

  2. Survey
    Depending on the case, this may involve a visual inspection or an intrusive wall tie survey to assess the condition of the cavity wall.

  3. Design Proposal
    If repairs are required, our surveyor prepares a customised Helifix design solution, which we submit to the client. We're available to answer all follow-up questions.

  4. Design Approval
    The proposed repair scheme is submitted to Helifix for approval, qualifying the client for an optional Helifix Insurance Backed Warranty.

  5. Warranty Option
    Warranty details are outlined in the Vendcare Inspection Report, and clients can choose whether to take it up.

  6. Warranty Certificate
    Once payment is received and the warranty is requested, Vendcare notifies Helifix, who then issues a transferable Warranty Certificate.

As an approved installer, Vendcare Limited can offer clients the Helifix 10-Year Insurance Backed Warranty—providing long-term assurance alongside our own 10-year structural guarantee.

This warranty includes:

  • Helifix Product Guarantees

  • Design liability under Helifix PI Insurance

  • Protection via the Consumer Protection Association

 The cost of the warranty is listed separately in the Inspection Report and can be discussed with our surveyor.
